Help with printer After struggling for sometime with connecting my printer connection after changing broad band provider, I called and spoke to Phil. He couldn’t have been more helpful and gave a solution that worked !! 👏

Really helpful and fast service! I found Phil’s details on Google and I’m so glad that I contacted him first as he offered a great service that was affordable too! My laptop was done within 3 days and he even purchased something I needed for it the same day I rang up. Great price too. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service. Highly recommended I phoned Phil when my laptop started to play up and get slower and slower. I found Phil through a google search for local support and telephoned him. Phil visited the next day and looked at my laptop and gave me advice as to the next steps. I picked the option of purchasing a new laptop and I am really pleased with it. Phil set it up for me and I was up and running within a few days. Brilliant service. it is good to know that Phil is at the end of the phone.

Computer assistance I called Phil and left a message. He got back to me quickly and made some helpful suggestions. As a result I now have a new computer; as my skills are somewhere between very low and non existent I have relied heavily on Phil to sort out any teething problems. nothing has been too much trouble. It has been a pleasure to deal with him and I shall certainly use him again should I have the need.

PC’s revived, great local service! Phil quickly and efficiently revived 2 Pc’s one needing a new battery and one a new screen. Great to know he is there, a local person who can resolve these techie things.

Having installed a new router, life became difficult because the home office pc and our Iphones and Ipad were not consistently communicating with each other. Fab experience from Phil. Phoned to ask a question on a problematic pc, Phil was really knowledgeable, identified the issue immediately. Gave me an accurate estimated time frame (he had to order a part) and then contacted us immediately upon receiving said part. Took my pc to his office and it was ready to collect within 24 working hours. Fab service- would have no issue recommending/using his services again. Said computer was taking over an hour to open 1 excel doc. Now it does it with in 15 seconds! Thanks again Phil

Phil Hudson Highly Recommended We have used Phil Hudson a couple of times for work on our small network of PCs, and will do so in the future. Once was a site visit to fix a network problem, as well as a PC problem I couldn’t deal with, and the most recent was a visit to his worksite to upgrade the RAMs on our PCs. He was knowledgeable and competent.

Laptop woes I rang PC Help Wincanton to get advice about my sons non functioning laptop. Phil invited me to bring it in straight away and although this was a Friday morning committed to investigating and coming back to me on Tuesday, next. Tuesday arrives and he rang me first thing as promised, although the results of his investigation were not good – he had been unable to get any response from the laptop. I have used many suchlike repair services over the years and it is clear to me that he is very knowledgeable and cared that I got the problem solved and was genuinely disappointed that he was unable to get it operational. He kindly offered a no fix no fee option in this case, which was very generous Ifelt. Tthank you Phil.

What an absolute superhero.

I called Phil Hudson to resolve an email issue that was preventing me from conducting my normal domestic business. He came to my home within 36hrs and resolved the problem efficiently and quickly and was able to give me helpful advice and guidance. Some days later I experience a minor problem which he resolved remotely the same day at no extra cost. I can recommend him with confidence to resolve IT issues rapidly and effectively.

After a frustrating week of being ubable to connect my tablet to the internet – internet telling me the tablet was at fault whilst the tablet told me the fault was with the internet – I saw Phil Hudson’s advert in The Blackmore Vale magazine. Great service When I put the wrong password into my computer and got locked out Phil talked me through the procedure and within minutes I was back on. Brilliant and easy to understand by a person who is not very computer literate

Problem sorted Had to contact Phil as my computer wouldn’t load when starting up. He had to order a part which we were told would take 3 days to arrive.
